The package will also come with instructions on how to store and cook your sourdough pasta.

All the packages are packed and shipped with dried ice to ensure freshness. Orders are made fresh and shipped every Wednesday. Because everything is made by hand orders are limited and the cut-off date for the Wednesday shipping is on Monday.

How to cook:

Bring a big pot of water to boil, salt it, and add the pasta.

Stir the water for 30 seconds to avoid the pasta sticking to the bottom of the pot and then watch your pasta get cooked.

As soon as the pasta pieces start floating to the top, that’s a good indication that your pasta is cooked.

Taste a piece to ensure you like the consistency, then drain, saving a cup of the pasta water.

Finish cooking the pasta in your sauce, add more pasta water if needed.
