The Most Delicious Bolognese Recipe

The Most Delicious Bolognese Recipe

(Made with AMC Cookware)

This Bolognese is one of my all-time favorite dishes. It’s rich, comforting, and incredibly flavorful — and even better the next day. The recipe is designed to take full advantage of AMC Cookware, allowing you to cook with minimal oil while locking in flavor and moisture.

Note: Exact ingredient quantities and detailed step-by-step instructions are available in the A by AMC Cook & Go App. This recipe reflects the process demonstrated in the video.

What You’ll Need

The cooking process includes the following components:

  • Ground or minced meat
(type and quantity specified in the app)

  • Aromatics and vegetables
(such as onion, carrots, celery, etc., prepped and chopped)

  • Sauce ingredients
(added according to the app instructions)

  • Fresh or store-bought pappardelle pasta

  • Water and salt (for cooking pasta)

  • Shredded Parmesan cheese (for mixing and serving)

  • Olive oil (for finishing)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Chop and prepare all vegetables and aromatics before you begin cooking. Having everything ready ensures a smooth, stress-free process.

2. Brown the Meat

Place your pan on the stove and attach the Audiotherm.

  • Select the meat setting

  • Wait until the Audiotherm signals the correct temperature

  • Add the ground meat without any oil

Allow the meat to brown naturally. It may stick slightly at first, but as it cooks, it will release its own juices and fat, creating deep flavor without added oil.

3. Simmer the Sauce

Once the meat is nicely browned:

  • Add all prepared vegetables and sauce ingredients

  • Follow the step-by-step instructions in the app

  • Cover with the lid and let the sauce cook

In the video, the Bolognese is ready after 20 minutes of gentle simmering.

4. Cook the Pasta

In a separate pot:

  • Bring salted water to a boil

  • Add the pappardelle pasta

  • Cook fresh pasta for less than one minute, until al dente

  • Drain immediately and transfer the pasta directly into the sauce

5. Finish the Dish

Cover the pot with the pasta and sauce.

  • Set the Audiotherm for 7 minutes

  • Cook on low heat so the pasta absorbs the sauce

  • Stir in shredded Parmesan cheese

6. Serve

Plate the Bolognese and finish with:

  • Extra shredded Parmesan

  • A light drizzle of olive oil

Final Note

This is one of those dishes where leftovers somehow taste even better the next day — deeper, richer, and more comforting every time.
