TBCAccounting End-User License Agreement


Effective Date: August 12, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the TBCAccounting application ("Application").

1. Purpose

TBCAccounting is a private accounting utility intended for authorized users to access and maintain accounting information in QuickBooks Online, including reviewing, comparing, correcting, and updating accounting transaction data.

2. Authorized Use

The Application may only be used by persons who are authorized to access the connected QuickBooks Online company and its accounting information.

Users may not use the Application to access data they do not own or have permission to access.

3. QuickBooks Online Integration

The Application may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized APIs.

By connecting a QuickBooks Online company, the user authorizes the Application to access accounting information necessary to perform the requested functions.

The Application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc.

4. Data Changes

Certain functions of the Application may create, update, or correct accounting records.

Users are responsible for reviewing changes and maintaining appropriate backups and accounting records before making material changes.

Where practical, the Application may use validation, dry-run, logging, or verification procedures before updating accounting information.

5. No Accounting or Tax Advice

TBCAccounting is a software utility and does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice.

Users should consult a qualified professional when professional advice is required.

6. No Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No guarantee is made that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every accounting purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer and operator of TBCAccounting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Application.

Users remain responsible for verifying accounting information and any changes made through the Application.

8. Security

Users must protect credentials, authorization tokens, passwords, and other sensitive information associated with their QuickBooks Online account.

Users must not disclose application credentials or access tokens to unauthorized persons.

9. Termination

Access to the Application may be discontinued at any time.

A user may revoke the Application's access to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's account and application authorization settings.

10. Changes to This Agreement

This Agreement may be updated when the Application or applicable legal requirements change.

Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
